Ingredients you need

Sadia Broasted Chicken Classic Wings 1 pack
Gochujang (Korean chili paste) 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Honey or brown sugar 1 tbsp
Rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp
Garlic (minced) 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Water (to adjust glaze thickness) 1–2 tbsp
Toasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onions for garnish

Cooking directions

  1. Air-Fry Chicken:
    Pre-heat the air fryer to 200°C and cook for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway.

  2. Prepare Sauce:
    In a small saucepan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, and sesame oil. Heat gently over low to medium heat for about 3 minutes until smooth, shiny, and slightly thickened.

  3. Assemble Dish:
    Place the hot broasted wings in a large mixing bowl.
    Pour the warm gochujang glaze over them and toss gently but quickly until evenly coated. Glaze the wings right before serving to keep them crisp.
    Arrange the glazed wings on a serving plate.
    Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped spring onions.

  4. Serve:
