| Soy sauce | 1 tbsp |
| Honey or brown sugar | 1 tbsp |
| Rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar | 1 tbsp |
| Garlic (minced) | 1 tbsp |
| Sesame oil | 1 tsp |
| Water (to adjust glaze thickness) | 1–2 tbsp |

Air-Fry Chicken:
Pre-heat the air fryer to 200°C and cook for 15–18 minutes, turning halfway.
