| Peri Peri sauce | 3 tbsp |

| Red chilies | 2 |
| Roasted bell pepper | 1 |
| Garlic cloves | 3 |
| Olive oil | 2 tbsp |
| Vinegar | 2 tbsp |
| Juice of 1 lemon | |
| Smoked paprika | 1 tsp |
| Water | 30ml |
| Salt to taste |
Prepare Chilies and Peppers:
Air-fry the red bell pepper and the chilies until the skin blisters. Remove the seeds.
In a blender, add the bell pepper, chilies, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, water and salt.
Blend until smooth and set aside.
Prepare Chicken:
Flatten the chicken slightly with a rolling pin. Score the chicken for deeper flavour during marination.
In a bowl, mix the homemade Peri Peri sauce with the chicken fillets, coating them thoroughly. Marinate for 30 minutes or longer.
Fry Chicken:
Heat a griddle pan over a medium heat, cook the chicken breasts until golden, 5–6 minutes on each side, brushing them with extra peri peri sauce.
Serve:
When the chicken is ready, plate with Sadia wedges, extra peri peri sauce on the side and wedges of lemon.
