Ingredients you need

Sadia Broasted Chicken Garlic Parmesan 1200–1500g
Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt 360g
Sweet chili sauce 120–130g
Sriracha or other hot sauce (adjust to taste) 2 tbsp
Honey (optional) 1 tbsp
Lime or lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chopped spring onions (optional, for garnish) 30g
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish) 15g

Cooking directions

  1. Air-Fry Chicken:
    Air-fry the chicken at 180°C for 15 minutes.

  2. Prepare Sauce:
    In a small pan prepare the Bang Bang sauce by whisking together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), sweet chilli sauce, sriracha, honey and lemon juice. Taste and adjust if needed.

  3. Assemble Dish:
    Once the chicken is ready, toss it gently in the sauce or drizzle the sauce over the top if you want to keep the coating crispier.
    Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
