| Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt | 360g |
| Sweet chili sauce | 120–130g |
| Sriracha or other hot sauce (adjust to taste) | 2 tbsp |
| Honey (optional) | 1 tbsp |
| Lime or lemon juice | 1 tbsp |
| Chopped spring onions (optional, for garnish) | 30g |

Air-Fry Chicken:
