| Black beans (drained and rinsed) | 1 can |
| Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or a mix) | 200g |
| Red onion, (diced) | 60g |
| Pickled jalapeños | 40g |
| Diced tomatoes or pico de gallo | 150g |
| Sour cream or Greek yogurt | 120g |
| Avocado (diced or mashed) | 150g |
| Fresh coriander, (chopped) | 15g |
| Lime wedges for serving | |
| Hot sauce or salsa (optional) |
Air-Fry Chicken:
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 10 minutes.
Cook the Sadia Broasted Chicken according to package directions until golden and crispy.
Allow to cool slightly, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare Topping:
Mix the sour cream or Greek yogurt, avocado, and fresh coriander.
Assemble Dish:
On a large oven-safe dish, spread half of the tortilla chips.
Top with half of the chopped chicken, beans, corn, onions, jalapeños, and cheese. Repeat with remaining chips and toppings.
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and bubbling.
Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, avocado, and cilantro.
