| Avocado, peeled and pitted | 1 |
| Sour cream | ¼ cup |
| Juice and zest of 1 lime | |
| Salt | ½ tsp |
| Tabasco sauce | 1 tsp |
| Red (pinto) beans, drained and rinsed | 1 cup |
| Red and yellow bell peppers, finely chopped | ½ cup |
| Red onion, finely chopped | 2 tbsp |
| Jalapeno, finely chopped | 1 tbsp |
| Tomato, chopped | 1 |
| Fresh coriander, chopped | 1 tbsp |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
Prepare the Avocado Sauce:
In a food processor, combine the avocado, sour cream, lime juice, zest, Tabasco sauce, and salt. Pulse until smooth.
Transfer to a squeeze bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.
Prepare the Salsa:
In a mixing bowl, combine red beans, bell peppers, red onion, jalapeno, tomato, coriander, and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well and refrigerate.
Grill the Hot Dogs:
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Grill the Sadia Chicken Franks for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally to achieve grill marks.
Toast the Buns:
Slice the hot dog buns halfway (without cutting them all the way through). Place them face down on the grill for about 1 minute, or until lightly toasted.
Assemble and Serve:
Place one grilled Sadia Chicken Frank in each bun.
Top with the prepared salsa and drizzle with avocado sauce.
