Chicken Stir Fry Bowl with Sweet Corn

Ingredients you need

Sadia Easy and Juicy Chicken Breast Cubes 450g
Sadia Sweet Corn 350g
Vegetable oil 2½ tbsp
Onions (sliced)  150g
Mixed bell peppers (julienned)  150g
Carrots (julienned)  240g
Garlic-ginger paste  3 tsp
Soy sauce  3 tbsp
Oyster sauce  3 tbsp
Sesame oil  1½ tsp
Black pepper  1½ tsp
Spring onions, sesame seeds and coriander to garnish 
Soy sauce (for marinate) 3 tbsp
Sesame oil (for marinate)
Corn flour (for marinate)
Coney or brown sugar (for marinate)

Cooking directions

  1. Marinate Chicken:
    Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, corn flour, and coney or brown sugar. Marinate the chicken for 15-20 mins 

  2. Fry Chicken:
    Add half the oil to a large frying pan or wok.
    Add the marinated chicken cubes to the oil and toss until browned and cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.  

  3. Assemble Dish:
    Return the chicken to the pan and toss all together. Make sure the vegetables are not overcooked and are a little al dente.
    Add the frozen sweetcorn.  
    Adjust the to taste.  
    Garnish with spring onions, sesame seeds and coriander. 

  4. Serve:
    Serve with noodles and garlic green beans.
