Canola Oil 3 tbsp
Fresh Lettuce Leaves
Onion, sliced 1
Yogurt 1 cup
Cucumber, finely chopped ¼ cup
Dill, chopped 2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Fresh Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Sadia French Fries
Olive Oil (for baking)

Cooking directions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Burger:
    Heat canola oil in a pan over medium heat.
    Cook Sadia Chicken Burgers for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and thoroughly cooked

  2. Make the Tzatziki Sauce:
    In a bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic powder, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice.
    Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.

  3. Assemble the Burger Wraps:
    Place each cooked chicken burger on a large lettuce leaf.
    Spread tzatziki sauce generously over the burger.
    Add a fresh onion slice on top and wrap tightly.

  4. Prepare the Side:
    Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
    Spread Sadia French Fries on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until crispy and golden.

  5. Serve:
    Arrange the burger wraps on a serving plate.
    Serve warm with baked Sadia French Fries on the side for a complete, healthy meal.
