Make your own Chicken Shawarma Plate with crispy Sadia Chicken Shawarma, fresh vegetables, homemade hot sauce, and Sadia french fries. A delicious Middle Eastern-inspired dish that’s quick and easy to prepare and delicious to eat!

| Sadia Fries Thin Cut | ½ pack |
| Fresh Lettuce leaves | |
| Tomato, halved and sliced | 1 |
| Pickled Cucumber, long sliced | |
| Pickled Green Pepper | |
| Garlic Sauce for serving | |
| Tomatoes, peeled | 3 |
| Garlic cloves | 3 |
| Green Chili Pepper | 1 small |
| Tomato Paste | 1 tsp |
| Cayenne Pepper | 1 tsp |
| Salt to taste |
Prepare the Hot Sauce:
Blend together the tomatoes, garlic, and green chili pepper until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a saucepan, add tomato paste, cayenne pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for a few minutes until it thickens. Set aside to cool.
Cook the Chicken Shawarma:
Heat the olive oil in a hot skillet.
Add Sadia Chicken Shawarma and cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
Making the Fries:
Fry the Sadia Fries Thin Cut according to package instructions, and set them aside on kitchen paper to drain excess oil.
Assemble the Shawarma Plate:
Arrange fresh lettuce leaves on one side of a large serving plate.
Add tomato slices and pickles (cucumber and green pepper) on top of the lettuce.
Place a small bowl of garlic sauce and hot sauce on the plate for dipping.
On the other side of the plate, arrange the cooked chicken shawarma and fries.
