| Egg | 1 large |
| Milk | 1 tbsp |
| All-purpose flour | ½ cup |
| Garlic powder | 1 tsp |
| Kosher salt, to taste | |
| Freshly ground black pepper, to taste | |
| Spaghetti | 1½ cup |
| Garlic, minced | 3 cloves |
| Eggs, beaten | 4 large |
| Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for garnish) | ¾ cup |
| Freshly chopped parsley (plus more for garnish) | ⅓ cup |

Prepare Chicken Fillets:
Pat Sadia Easy & Juicy Chicken Fillets dry.
Set up three containers: flour (with garlic powder, salt, pepper), whisked egg and milk, and panko breadcrumbs.
Coat fillets in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
Fry Chicken Fillets:
Heat 1/2 cup oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
Cook Pasta:
Boil spaghetti or linguine in salted water until al dente.
Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
Combine Sauce:
Toss pasta with garlic on low heat.
Whisk eggs, Parmesan, and parsley; pour over pasta and mix.
Add pasta water gradually for a creamy consistency.
