Ingredients you need

Sadia Easy and Juicy Chicken Breast Small Cubes 400g
Zaatar 2 tsp
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds 50g
Rocca 120g
Blue cheese 100g
Cucumber (cut into half slices) 150g
Peaches (ripe, destoned, and sliced) 2
Walnuts 80g
Honey 2 tbsp
Cinnamon ½ tsp
Pinch of salt
Pomegranate molasses 3 tbsp
Red vinegar 1 ½ tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil 4 tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking directions

  1. Make the Honey Walnuts:
    Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
    In a bowl mix the walnuts with honey, cinnamon and salt. Place in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.

  2. Air-Fry Chicken:
    Coat the chicken in the cooking oil, zataar, salt and pepper.
    Cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 15–20 minutes until cooked through.

  3. Assemble Dish:
    In a large plate arrange the rocca, sliced cucumber, chicken pieces, peach slices and blue cheese. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
    Once the honey walnuts have cooled, break them up slightly and sprinkle on the salad.
