| Hot sauce (sriracha or tabasco) | 1-2 tsp |

Air-Fry Chicken:
Pre-heat the air fryer to 200°C. Place the chicken in the air fryer for 20 minutes.
Prepare Hot Honey Sauce:
In a small pan melt the butter over a low heat. Stir in the honey, hot sauce, chili flake and garlic powder. Simmer gently 1–2 minutes, remove from heat.
Prepare Spicy Mayo:
Mix all the ingredients in bowl until smooth and chill in the fridge
Toast Buns:
Lightly butter the inside of the buns and toasts.
Assemble the Dish:
Spread the spicy mayo on the base, add the lettuce, and add the chicken fillet on top.
Brush gerenerously with the hot honey sauce. Add the cheese and jalepenos and then the bun lid.
