How long do we store your data?
BRF will retain your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes that justified their processing, including to meet any legal, accounting or reporting requirements, in accordance with the provisions of the law. Usually, in these cases, the retention period will amount to 6 months after fulfilling the purpose of the processing.
Where the law does not state specific retention periods, BRF will determine them taking into account the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of damage from their unauthorized use or disclosure, the purposes for which they are processed and whether BRF can achieve these objectives by other means.
