For mayonnaise dipping:

  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tsp. Ketchup

For ranch dipping:

  • 200g Sour Cream
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Parsley
  • 1 Tsp. Dried Dill
  • ½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Onion Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Place the canola oil in a big pan and fry the chicken sticks as the direction written in the pack until golden color.
  2. Remove the sticks from the pan and place them on a kitchen papers aside to prepare the dipping.
  3. To prepare the healthy ranch dipping: put together the sour cream with dried parsley, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine and place it in a small serving plate.
  4. To prepare the mayonnaise dipping: whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice and ketchup. Whisk well to combine then place them in a small serving plate.
  5. Insert a skewer in each stick to make a Popsicle and arrange them in a big serving dish and enjoy with the dipping aside.
